Cookie policy
Relating to processing carried out through the site, including cookies
For us, data protection is a very serious matter, so we wish to inform you about how data is processed and the rights you can exercise under relevant data protection regulations, Regulation EU 2016/679 (hereafter also referred to as “GDPR”).
Data Controller and DPO
2 G HOUSE SOLUTION S.R.L.S
The categories of data that are subjected to processing
The data processed by the Controller are “personal data” (ex. Art. 4.1 of GDPR) provided by you.
In particular, the categories of relevant personal data may include, but are not limited to:
- Any personal and identifying data (e.g., possible name and surname, etc.);
- Any contact data (IP address, email address, and similar data) and browsing data.
Processing data for navigation purposes
The computer systems and software procedures for the functioning of this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This involves information not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
Among the information that may be collected, we find IP addresses, the type of browser or operating system used, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses, the domain name, and the addresses of websites from which access or exit was made (referring/exit pages), the time the request was made to the server, the method used, and information on the response obtained, further information on the user’s navigation on the site (see also the section on cookies), and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment.
These data may also be used to identify and ascertain responsibility in case of possible cybercrimes against the site.
Use of cookies
When you visit any website, it can store or retrieve information in your browser, largely in the form of cookies. This information could concern you, your preferences, or your device and is mostly used to operate the site according to your expectations. The information usually does not directly identify you, but can provide a more personalized web experience. Since we respect your right to protect your personal data, you can choose not to allow certain types of cookies. Click on “Cookie Settings” and on the headers of the different categories of cookies to learn more and change the default settings. However, blocking some types of cookies may affect your browsing of the site and the use of the related services we offer.
The following information is provided to the user in accordance with the ruling of the Data Protection Authority on May 8, 2014, “Identification of simplified procedures for the provision of information and acquisition of consent for the use of cookies.”
What are cookies? And which cookies do we use?
Cookies are small text strings that a website can send during browsing to your device (be it a PC, a notebook, a smartphone, or a tablet; they are normally stored directly on the browser used for browsing). The same website that sent them can then read and record the cookies stored on the same device to obtain various types of information. Which information? Each type of cookie has a specific role.
How many types of cookies are there?
There are two fundamental categories with different characteristics: technical cookies and profiling cookies.
Technical cookies are generally necessary for the proper functioning of the website and to allow navigation; without them, you might not be able to properly view the pages or use some services. For example, a technical cookie is essential to keep the user logged in throughout the visit to a website, or to store language, display, and other settings.
The technical cookies used on this site can be further distinguished into:
- Necessary cookies
These cookies are necessary for the operation of the site, particularly for normal browsing and its use, and cannot be deactivated in our systems. They are usually set only in response to actions you perform that constitute a request for services, such as setting privacy preferences, logging in, or filling out forms. You can set your browser to block these cookies, but as a result, some or all parts of the site may not function. These cookies do not store personal information. - Analytical cookies
These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our site. They help us understand which pages are most and least popular and see how visitors navigate the site. All information collected by cookies is aggregated and therefore anonymous. If you do not allow these cookies, we will not be able to evaluate navigation and the collective behavior of our users and improve site performance accordingly. - Functionality cookies
These cookies enable the site to provide advanced functionality and personalization, allowing navigation based on a series of selected criteria (e.g., language, selected products for purchases) to improve the service provided. They can be set by us or by third-party providers whose services have been added to our pages. If you do not allow these cookies, some or all of these services may not function correctly.
Profiling cookies are designed to profile the user and are used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed during navigation.
- Profiling cookies
Profiling cookies can be used by third-party companies to create a profile of your interests and show or send you relevant ads on this and other sites.
These cookies can only be set through our site by our advertising partners and are therefore third-party cookies. These cookies are solely based on the identification of your browser and your internet device. If you do not allow these cookies, you will not receive the aforementioned ads or be profiled based on your interests. Refusing or withdrawing consent for the use of one or more profiling cookies will not affect your ability to access or navigate the site.
If you are enrolled in one of our loyalty programs, by accepting these cookies and browsing after receiving and reading our targeted email or accessing the reserved area, these cookies and related analyses will be linked to your registration data or membership references, through an automatically generated numerical code.
Using these cookies requires the prior free consent of the user, which the Site obtains in accordance with the ruling of the Authority on May 8, 2014, and its subsequent amendments.
Cookies can also be classified as:
- First-party cookies, i.e., cookies generated and managed directly by the website manager on which the user is browsing.
- Third-party cookies, i.e., cookies generated and managed by entities other than the website manager on which the user is browsing (usually based on a contract between the website owner and the third party).

Duration of cookies
Cookies have a duration set by the expiration date (or a specific action such as closing the browser) set at the time of installation.
Cookies can be:
- Temporary or session cookies: they are used to store temporary information, allow you to link the actions performed during a specific session, and are removed from the computer when the browser is closed.
- Permanent cookies: they are used to store information, such as login names and passwords, to avoid having to enter them each time you visit a specific site. These remain stored on the computer even after the browser is closed.
For the specific duration of individual cookies, please refer to the cookie settings panel, “Cookie Settings.”
Cookie Management
In reference to the ruling on “Identification of simplified procedures for the provision of information and acquisition of consent for the use of cookies” (published in the Official Gazette No. 126 of June 3, 2014), you can change your consent to cookies at any time by clicking the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of each page of this website.
2 G HOUSE SOLUTION S.R.L.S will appropriately track the user’s consent through a specific technical cookie, considered by the Privacy Authority as a “not particularly invasive” tool. The user can deny their consent and/or change their options regarding the use of cookies on this website by accessing this Privacy Policy, which is “linkable” from every page of this site.
If consent has already been given but you want to change cookie permissions, you must delete them through the browser, as indicated below, because otherwise, those already installed will not be removed. In particular, please note that it is not possible to control third-party cookies, so if consent has previously been given, you must delete the cookies through the browser (in the dedicated section) or request the opt-out directly from third parties.
